Yes, at Maison21, we specialize in Made to-Measure garments, including Suits, Sport Jackets, Trousers, Tuxedos, and our in-house designed High Collar Vest. Each piece is crafted to your exact specifications for the perfect fit and style.

We use only the finest fabrics, primarily sourced from Italy, including Vitale Barberis Canonico, Reda, Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana, and Colombo. These premium fabrics ensure exceptional quality, comfort, and longevity for all of our garments.

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days, and shipping to the USA takes 5-10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

The timeline for Made-to-Measure garments is approximately 6 weeks for custom garments.

In-store purchases: All in-store items are final sale but can be exchanged for Ready-to-Wear items within 7 days if they are in original condition with tags attached.

Made-to-Measure items: No returns or exchanges for Made-to-Measure purchases.

Online purchases: Ready-to-wear may be returned within 7 days for store credit or a size exchange, in original condition with tags attached. Made-to-order pieces without a monogram may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days; monogrammed pieces are final sale. Every made-to-order and made-to-measure piece includes complimentary alterations at our Toronto atelier, done in person. Alterations adjust a garment that is already the right size (length, waist, seat) and can take up to one week; they cannot change a garment’s size.

During your appointment, our team will take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit for your Made-to-Measure garments. We’ll guide you through the entire process, from fabric selection to styling.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal for online purchases.

Canadian orders: no — tax is shown at checkout and nothing is owed on delivery. US orders: your order may be subject to import duties collected by the carrier on delivery; write to info@maison21.ca before ordering and we’ll estimate them for your piece. Other countries: duties and taxes are set by your local customs authority.

Once your order has been processed, it is generally not possible to make changes. If you need to make a modification, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maison21.ca, and we will do our best to assist you.
