At Maison21, every piece deserves consideration before it leaves the atelier — and our return policy reflects that.

Ready-to-Wear — In Store & Online

Ready-to-wear purchases may be returned within 7 days — of purchase in store, or of delivery for online orders — for full store credit. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. For online returns, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from the credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

Made-to-Measure, Custom & Monogrammed

Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, all made-to-measure, custom and monogrammed pieces are final sale — no returns or exchanges. Alteration requests must be communicated within 14 days of pickup; requests after 14 days are subject to alteration fees.

How To Begin

Write to info@maison21.ca with your order details. Once your return is approved and the piece passes inspection, your store credit is issued to your account and can be used on any future purchase, in store or online.
