Shipping policy

At Maison21, we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Below are the details regarding our shipping policies:

Order Processing

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 3 business days. Made-to-order garments are cut for you and ship within six weeks of your order — each piece ships as soon as it is ready. Once shipped, your order follows the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Canada:

  • $10 for orders under $200
  • Free for orders over $200
  • Delivery within 2–7 business days; Express (1–3 business days) available at checkout.

United States:

  • $10 for orders under $200
  • Free for orders over $200
  • Delivery within 4–8 business days; Express — Tracked & Insured (2–3 business days) available at checkout.

International (outside Canada and USA): rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

Duties, Customs, and Taxes

Canada: applicable sales tax is shown at checkout; there are no additional charges on delivery.

United States: your order may be subject to US import duties and fees, collected by the carrier at delivery. These charges are set by US customs, are not included in your checkout total, and vary by garment. If you would like an estimate before ordering, write to info@maison21.ca with the piece you are considering — we will tell you what to expect, no surprises.

Other destinations: duties and taxes are determined by your country's customs authority and are the receiver's responsibility.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to track your order's progress.

Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us at info@maison21.ca. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping Address Errors

If there is an error with the shipping address provided, please contact us immediately at info@maison21.ca. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if the mistake was made at the time of purchase.
