Yes, at Maison21, we specialize in Made to-Measure garments, including Suits, Sport Jackets, Trousers, Tuxedos, and our in-house designed High Collar Vest. Each piece is crafted to your exact specifications for the perfect fit and style.
What fabrics do you use for your garments?
We use only the finest fabrics, primarily sourced from Italy, including Vitale Barberis Canonico, Reda, Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana, and Colombo. These premium fabrics ensure exceptional quality, comfort, and longevity for all of our garments.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-5 business days, and shipping to the USA takes 5-10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.
How long does it take to receive Made-to-Measure garments?
The timeline for Made-to-Measure garments is approximately 6 weeks for custom garments.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
In-store purchases: All in-store items are final sale but can be exchanged for Ready-to-Wear items within 7 days if they are in original condition with tags attached.
Made-to-Measure items: No returns or exchanges for Made-to-Measure purchases.
Online purchases: We offer a 7-day return policy with a $10 restocking fee, provided the item is in original condition with tags attached.
