In-Store Purchases

All purchases made in-store are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges for Ready-to-Wear items are permitted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Please ensure that items are unworn and unwashed when requesting an exchange.

Made-to-Measure Purchases

Due to the bespoke nature of Made-to-Measure garments, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. We take great care in ensuring the perfect fit, and each piece is custom-made to your specifications.

Online Purchases 

Online orders are subject to a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day window. Please note that all returns will incur a $10 restocking fee. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return.
